Craig Nassi is a developer and owner of BCN Development. BCN is a company that builds some of the most expensive luxury homes in the world, with prices in millions of dollars. The New York Times recently interviewed Craig Nassi to see what he’s been working on lately.

Craig Nassi and the Background of BCN Development

Craig Nassi is the president and founder of BCN Development, a real estate development firm based in New York City. Nassi has Developed some of the most luxurious and expensive homes in the world, including a $50 million villa in the French Riviera. In an interview with The New York Times, Nassi discussed his background, the process of developing such extravagant homes, and his future plans.

Nassi was born in Iran and immigrated to the United States with his family when he was a child. He graduated from the Wharton School of Business and began his career working in investment banking. However, Nassi always had a passion for real estate and decided to switch gears to pursue that dream.

Craig Nassi founded BCN Development in 2003 and has since been responsible for developing some of the most luxurious homes in the world. When asked about the process of developing such extravagant homes, Nassi stated that it takes a lot of time, money, and effort. He also stated that it is important to have a good team of architects, designers, and engineers to make sure that everything is up to par.

The Process of Proposed New York Times Interviews

 

As the developer of one of the most expensive villas in the world, Craig Nassi has been interviewed by The New York Times to discuss his process in creating such a luxurious home. In this blog section, we will be taking a look at the different steps that were taken in order to make this interview happen.

First of all, Craig Nassi had to be contacted and asked if he would be open to being interviewed. Once he agreed, the next step was to work out a time and place for the interview to take place. It was decided that it would take place at his villa in Antigua.

The next step was to send a reporter and photographer to Antigua to meet with Craig Nassi and conduct the interview. This was done over the course of two days, during which time they also took some photographs of the villa.

Afterwards, The New York Times editor edited and put together the article from the interviews and photos.  This article was then published on their website, giving readers an insight into the life of a luxury home developer.

What It’s Like to Live in One of the Most Expensive Villas in the World

Craig Nassi, developer of the world’s most expensive villa, gives us a rare glimpse into his life of luxury.

Nassi, who is originally from New York, purchased the property in 2013 for $100 million. In the south of France, a villa includes a main house, guesthouse, pool house, and tennis court on 50 acres of land.

Nassi told The New York Times that he spends about half of his time at the villa and the other half at his home in Manhattan.   According to Nassi, it’s not something he ever imagined he would do, but it’s been an amazing experience.

He went on to say that one of the best things about living in the villa is the privacy it affords him and his family. “We can do whatever we want here without worrying about being disturbed or photographed,” he said.
